A BELIEVER IN TIMES OF CRISIS
A BELIEVER IN TIMES OF CRISIS
In determining the way in which a Muslim should deal with a time of crisis, it is important to analyze exactly what, essentially, a crisis is in the context of Islamic understanding; particularly as this relates to the Qadar (predestination) of Allaah.

REASON WHY MANKIND WAS CREATED
REASON WHY MANKIND WAS CREATED
Praise be to Allaah.Firstly:
One of the greatest attributes of Allaah is wisdom, and one of His greatest names is al-Hakeem (the most Wise). It should be noted that He has not created anything in vain; exalted be Allaah far above such a thing. Rather He creates things for great and wise reasons, and for sublime purposes. Those who know them know them and those who do not know them do not know them. Allaah has stated that in His Holy Book, where He says that He has not created mankind in vain, and He has not created the heavens and the earth in vain. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“If Anyone Favours His Wife Over His Mother…!”
“If Anyone Favours His Wife Over His Mother…!”
At the time of the Prophet (sallellahu ‘alaihi wa sallam), there was a young man named Alqamah. He was very diligent in obeying Allah (SWT) by engaging in prayer and fasting and spending in charity. Then he fell ill and his illness became serious. His wife went to the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) and said, ‘My husband, Alqamah, is on his deathbed. I therefore came to tell you, Messenger of Allah, about his condition.’

BEING CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS FEELINGS – (1)
“All praise is due to Allaah, and may His peace and blessings be upon His Prophet Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and his family and Companions.”To proceed:
Allaah the Almighty has ordained this valuable religion for us and He has perfected it. He has completed His blessings upon us and approved Islaam as a religion for us. It is complete and clear, including the creed, forms of worship, dealings with others, and the Muslim’s relationship with his Lord and his own self and others.

The Ansar (Helpers)
The word ansar means “helper” in Arabic, while the word ansari refers to a person who helps. But as a term, the Ansar were the people from Medina who supported Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the muhajirun (Emigrants) when they migrated from Mecca to Medina.

SLEEPING AND MISSING SALAT AL-FAJR
SLEEPING AND MISSING SALAT AL-FAJR
QUESTION:A brother complained: “I miss Salat al-Fajr on most days, and I hardly ever pray it at the right time. Usually I do not wake up until after the sun has risen, or at best I wake up after the time for praying Fajr in jama’ah. I have tried to wake up at the right time, with no success. What is the solution to this problem?”

GOOD MANNERS IN ISLAM
GOOD MANNERS IN ISLAM
Why Good Manners Are Important In Islam?*In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful*
First let’s see what did the Quran and the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) say about Akhlaaq (manners):

GOOD MANNERS ARE AS IMPORTANT AS GOOD GRADES
GOOD MANNERS ARE AS
IMPORTANT AS GOOD GRADES
Nabee E Kareem, SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, was an excellent example of good manners. This facet of his personality was known to Muslims as well as non-Muslims during his life. When the noble Qur’aan declared him to be a role model for high moral character, none of his contemporary disbelievers went on record to disagree with this Qur’anic statement.

The story of Heraclius’ encounter with Islam
The story of Heraclius’ encounter with Islam
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas:Abu Sufyan bin Harb informed me that Heraclius had sent a messenger to him while he had been accompanying a caravan from Quraish. They were merchants doing business in Sham (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan), at the time when Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had truce with Abu Sufyan and Quraish infidels. So Abu Sufyan and his companions went to Heraclius at Ilya (Jerusalem). Heraclius called them in

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HOPE AND SUCCESS IN THE FAMILY
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN
HOPE AND SUCCESS IN THE FAMILY
Everyone looks towards his/her future life either by planning or by daydreaming about what can happen. Human beings live with hope and struggle. A mother feeds her baby with hope. A farmer plants his seeds with hope. A young man marries with hope of a family and prosperous future and independence from his family.

TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PRAYING SALAAH
TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PRAYING SALAAH
Bismillah. Today, insha’Allah we’re going to touch on a slightly different angle on the concept of salah. Now, you know that salah is fard–the 5x daily prayers–and that the reward of doing so is great, and the sin of not doing so are terrible. Hellfire, punishment on the Day of Judgment, punishment in this life, all these things are but possibilities.

DOING WITHOUT THE PLEASURES OF THIS WORLD
DOING WITHOUT THE PLEASURES OF THIS WORLD
Abu’ l-Abbas as-Sa’idi said :
*“A man came to the Prophet (saws) and said, ‘Oh Messenger of Allah! Guide me to such an action, that when I do it, Allah will love me and the people will love me. He said, be detached from this world and then Allah will love you and do not be attracted to what people have and then the people will love you”.*
*related by Hasan, ibn Majah kitab az-Zuhud 2/1373*”"

AVOIDING HARMS OF THE TONGUE
AVOIDING HARMS OF THE TONGUE
In today’s times, most people tend to be careless about avoiding the harms of the tongue, which are widespread among the people. The following are some of the most common harms:● Talking about what does not concern you: This is a common practice, even though the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “A sign of a person’s good practice of Islam, is giving up that which does not concern one.” The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) also said: “The people with the most sins, are those who most frequently indulge in conversations which do not concern them.”

SATAN’S GATEWAY TO THE HEART
SATAN’S GATEWAY TO THE HEART
The heart is like a fort and Satan the advancing enemy, who is intent on infiltrating and occupying it. Hence, only by guarding the gates, entrances and vulnerable positions, will it be impenetrable. Yet, a person who is unacquainted with the structure of the fortress, particularly its access points, cannot adequately defend it. By the same token, the obligation of guarding the heart from the whispers of Satan cannot be fulfilled and he cannot be warded off, unless a person knows the gates to the heart that Satan may take.
